About Grateful Gatherings Lodge Smoky Mountain Rental

Enjoy a spacious cabin that is perfect for the whole family when staying at Grateful Gatherings Lodge! This cabin has a game room complete with a pool table, an arcade game, a smart TV, a foosball table, cornhole, and board games. Relax in a hot tub with mountain views or soak in the jetted bathtub after a long day of exploring The Great Smoky Mountains.

Upon entering Grateful Gatherings Lodge, you will find an open concept living area with a fireplace, comfy sleeper sofa, and a Smart TV. Stay cozy by the fireplace during chilly Smoky Mountain mornings and nights. Watch your favorite movies and TV shows on a smart TV in the living area.

Continue through the living area, and you will find the spacious dining area and kitchen. Create home-cooked meals in the fully equipped kitchen featuring an electric stove/oven, full-sized refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, Keurig coffee maker, and toaster. Enjoy meals with family around the dining table complete with Smoky Mountain views. There is a half bathroom located off the kitchen.

One of the wrap around porches can be accessed through french doors in the dining area. A charcoal grill is located on the porch for your BBQing pleasure. (We are in bear country, so please do not leave food unattended outside. Please bring your own charcoal.) 

Head back inside and you will find one bedroom on the main level. This bedroom is complete with a cozy king size bed, a smart TV, and an ensuite bathroom. This large bathroom has a walk in shower and a jetted tub to clean up and relax in.

Upstairs in the loft is a seating area with a comfy sleeper sofa as well as french doors that lead to a balcony with forest views. This loft area also has an additional sleeping area with a king size bed, smart TV, and ensuite bathroom. This ensuite bathroom has a walk in shower and jetted tub.

Downstairs, you will find a game room as well as another bedroom and bathroom. The game room at Grateful Gatherings Lodge is the perfect place for the whole family ! It is complete with board games, an arcade game, foosball, and cornhole. Have a movie night and watch your favorite movies on the smart TV.

The bedroom downstairs has a cozy king size bed and a smart TV. There is a newly renovated bathroom with a combination tub/shower located off of the game room near this bedroom. There is also a laundry room with a full size washer and dryer downstairs. 

Grateful Gatherings Lodge is located 15 minutes from Pigeon Forge, and less than 30 minutes from Dollywood. It is also located just 13 minutes from the Metcalf Bottoms entrance to The Great Smoky Mountains National Park. 

Townsend, "The Peaceful Side of the Smokies," is located about 20 minutes away. Here you can find Cades Cove, Dancing Bear Appalachian Bistro, and Peaceful Side Social to name a few of our favorites.

We are not owned/managed by a big corporate rental agency; local owners Josh and Leslie strive to provide you with a safe, clean, and comfortable cabin for you to enjoy and make memories in for years to come!

PLEASE NOTE: A $300 security deposit will be required in the form of a credit card hold. This hold is not a charge and will be refunded upon check out. This hold ensures no damages to the property will occur. We require this security deposit, and a signed renter's agreement PRIOR to check in.

PLEASE NOTE: Guests must be at least 21 years of age to rent this property. The hot tub is for adult use only. Alcohol is not allowed near the hot tub. Do not use the hot tub if you are pregnant or have consumed alcohol. Use hot tub AT YOUR OWN RISK.

PLEASE NOTE: Due to the location of the cabin, high speed internet is not available. Satellite internet is suitable for browsing the internet, trip planning, social media, etc. Unfortunately it does not support streaming or gaming.

ABSOLUTELY NO open flames/fire outside of the provided charcoal grill and inside fireplace. Please dispose of extinguished charcoal in provided metal pail. Unauthorized fires (including candles) are subject to a $100 fee plus any damages.

ABSOLUTELY NO SMOKING inside the cabin or on the two decks. Please smoke outside and properly extinguish/dispose of cigarettes away from vegetation. Please listen to Smokey the Bear, "Only you can prevent forest fires!"

The cabin can accommodate a maximum of 12 guests and twelve guests only! Per regulations, NO additional guests are allowed! If more than twelve guests are present, you will be kindly asked to leave the property with NO REFUNDS!

Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 14 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 14 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
