You can’t beat the location of Husky Bear Cabin! This cozy cabin was built in 2018 and is conveniently located directly between Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg. Husky Bear Cabin can comfortably accommodate up to six guests with one king bedroom and two queen bedrooms. After a long day of exploring The Great Smoky Mountains, relax in the enclosed hot tub.

Upon entering Husky Bear Cabin, you will find the living room with a fireplace, comfy seating, and a Roku Smart TV. Get cozy by the fireplace during chilly Smoky Mountain mornings and nights. Stream your favorite movies and TV shows or browse social media with high-speed internet.
Create home-cooked meals in the fully equipped kitchen featuring an electric stove/oven, full-sized refrigerator, dishwasher, a microwave, coffee maker, and toaster. Enjoy meals with family in the spacious dining area with bench seating.
A charcoal grill is located in the yard on a concrete pad for your BBQing pleasure. (We are in bear country, so please do not leave food unattended outside. Bring your charcoal)
Husky Bear Cabin has two bedrooms on the main level. These cozy bedrooms each have a queen-size bed and a dresser. There is also a bathroom located on the main level.
Head upstairs and you will find another bedroom with a cozy king-size bed. You will also find a bistro table overlooking the living and dining areas. There is also a bathroom upstairs that has a clawfoot tub that is perfect for relaxing in.

We are not owned/managed by a big corporate rental agency; local owners Josh and Leslie strive to provide you with a safe, clean, and comfortable cabin for you to enjoy and make memories in for years to come!
PLEASE NOTE: A $300 security deposit will be required in the form of a credit card hold. This hold is not a charge, and will be refunded upon check out. This hold ensures no damages to the property will occur. We require this security deposit, and a signed renters agreement PRIOR to check in.
PLEASE NOTE: Guests must be at least 21 years of age to rent this property. The hot tub is for adult use only. Alcohol is not allowed near the hot tub. Do not use the hot tub if you are pregnant or have consumed alcohol. Use hot tub AT YOUR OWN RISK.
ABSOLUTELY NO PETS!
ABSOLUTELY NO open flames/fire outside of the provided charcoal grill and inside fireplace. Please dispose of extinguished charcoal in provided metal pail. Unauthorized fires (including candles) are subject to a $100 fee plus any damages.
ABSOLUTELY NO SMOKING inside the cabin. Please smoke outside and properly extinguish/dispose of cigarettes away from vegetation. Please listen to Smokey the Bear, "Only you can prevent forest fires!"
The cabin can accommodate a maximum of 6 guests and six guests only! Per regulations, NO additional guests are allowed! If more than six guests are present, you will be kindly asked to leave the property with NO REFUNDS!
Driveway/parking area is under recorded video surveillance.

DUE TO ENHANCED CLEANING PROTOCOLS, NO EARLY CHECK-IN CAN BE ACCOMMODATED.

Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 7 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 7 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
