Sunrise Woods Retreat is 3-minutes from fishing access on Little Pigeon River, a 5-minute drive from downtown Pigeon Forge, and a 15-minute drive from Gatlinburg.  Shopping, dining, hiking, amusement parks, water parks, and much more minutes away!

You'll relax in the trees with your private hot tub, indoor jacuzzi, and spacious cabin with all of the comforts of home while being tucked away in the forest.  This cabin accommodates up to 4 people and includes an outdoor charcoal grill and fully equipped kitchen with serving utensils for four people.

About the Sunrise Woods Retreat Great Smoky Mountains Rental Cabin

Enjoy private, forested views from this cabin which comfortable sleeps 4, but has room for up to 6 guests. Full kitchen with all the comforts of home, full-sized refrigerator, and stove. Everything you need for service of 4. The spacious kitchen/dining room opens up to a living room with high ceilings. These large windows let in the warm natural light and the gas fireplace brings the charm for cozy evenings. Watch a movie or your favorite program on the large flat-screen TV. The living room features a sleeper sofa.

You will also find a cozy bedroom that has a king bed and large jacuzzi indoor tub and a full bathroom with a shower on the main level. (The main level is an open concept which includes the bedroom area, kitchen & living room.)

On the second level you will find another bedroom which has a queen bed and a foosball table. (The second level is an open loft concept.)

Spend some quality time outside, soaking in the relaxing hot tub with more of those beautiful, forested views. There is also a charcoal grill located on the deck for your grilling pleasure (please bring your charcoal)

We are not owned/managed by large rental companies. Josh, your Airbnb 'Superhost' is local to the area and strives to provide you and your family with a safe, clean, enjoyable place to make memories for years to come!

PLEASE NOTE: Guests must be at least 21 years of age to rent this property. The hot tub is for adult use only. Alcohol is not allowed near the hot tub. Do not use the hot tub if you are pregnant or have consumed alcoholic beverages. Use hot tub AT YOUR OWN RISK.

PLEASE NOTE: All bookings canceled outside of Airbnb are subject to a 3% non-refundable processing fee.

PLEASE NOTE: A $300 security deposit will be required in the form of a credit card hold. This hold is not a charge, and will be refunded upon check out. This hold ensures no damages to the property will occur. We require this security deposit, and a signed renters agreement PRIOR to check in.

ABSOLUTELY NO open flames outside of designated areas. Please dispose of used charcoal/fireplace ashes in a provided metal pail. Please do not leave fires in the fire pit unattended. Completely extinguish them before going back to the cabin. Be fire safe, especially during the dry summer months.

ABSOLUTELY NO SMOKING inside the cabin or on the deck. Please smoke away from the cabin in the driveway/parking areas. Please extinguish/dispose of cigarettes properly.

DUE TO ENHANCED CLEANING PROTOCOLS, NO EARLY CHECK-IN CAN BE ACCOMMODATED.

Driveway/parking area is under recorded video surveillance.

Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 14 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 14 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
