This home is located in a quiet neighborhood but is just minutes from some of the most popular shopping, restaurants, and attractions of Pigeon Forge. The Pigeon Forge trolley runs directly in front of this neighborhood making traveling around Pigeon Forge a breeze. This home accommodates up to 8 people and has convenient garage parking for up to 3 cars.

About the Sunset Skies House

Sunset Skies House is the perfect home for the whole family when visiting The Great Smoky Mountains. Upon entry, you will see the living room complete with ample seating, an electric fireplace, and a large flat-screen TV to stream your favorite shows and movies. Continue through the main living area, and you will enter the dining area and kitchen. Create home-cooked meals in the fully equipped kitchen featuring an electric stove/oven, full-sized refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, Keurig coffee maker, and toaster. Enjoy meals with family in the open-concept dining area that is perfect for entertaining.

Located in the kitchen, there is a door that leads to the back porch. Enjoy your morning cup of coffee or your evening cocktail from the porch while enjoying the nature that Tennessee has to offer. A gas grill is located on the deck for your BBQing pleasure. (We are in bear country, so please do not leave food unattended outside.)

Head back inside, and you will find two bedrooms on the main level of this home. The primary bedroom is located right off the kitchen. This bedroom has a comfy king-sized bed, a smart TV, and an ensuite bathroom complete with a double sink and a spacious shower for a spa-like experience.

Down the hall located off the living area, you will find a closet with a washer and dryer, a bathroom, and a second main-level bedroom. This bedroom has a cozy queen-size bed and a smart TV to stream your favorite shows and movies on. The bathroom has a shower/tub combo.

Continue upstairs, and you will find the kids' area complete with 4 twin beds, a smart TV, and an ensuite bathroom. This ensuite bathroom has a shower/tub combo.

Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 14 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation.
