This cozy two-story cabin can comfortably accommodate 6, and is the perfect mountain getaway for the whole family. Blueberry Ridge is located just minutes away from everything the Wears Valley community has to offer. Explore the area or spend time with family enjoying the cabin. Be sure to check out the spacious outdoor area and play corn hole or relax in the hot tub. Need some alone time? Head inside and unwind in the soaking tub complete with forest views.

About Blueberry Ridge Smoky Mountains Vacation Rental

The front porch of Blueberry Ridge is the perfect place to enjoy a morning cup of coffee while relaxing in a rocking chair or get lost in a book while swinging on the daybed.

Upon entering, you will find an open concept living area that is complete with plenty of cozy seating, a wood burning fireplace, and a Smart TV to stream your favorite movies and shows on. There is also a daybed with a trundle located in the living area. Continue through the main level, and you will find the dining area and kitchen.

As you continue through the open concept living area, you will find the dining area and updated kitchen. The kitchen at Blueberry Ridge has everything you may need to create an amazing home cooked meal. Enjoy grilling at the charcoal grill located off the patio area as well. The dining area is the perfect spot to enjoy a meal with friends or family. This area also has a coffee bar complete with an espresso machine.

There is access to a large patio area through a sliding door off the living area. This patio is complete with a hot tub, corn hole game, charcoal grill, and a fire pit. Whether you want to unwind in the hot tub, play a game of corn hole, or relax around the fire pit, this spacious outdoor area has everything you may need!

Lastly, on the main level, you will find a bathroom. This bathroom is complete with a soaking tub that has a portrait window with forest views. Relax in the soaking tub after a long day of exploring The Great Smoky Mountains.

Head upstairs and you will find 2 bedrooms and another bathroom. The first bedroom has a cozy king sized bed, a TV, and windows that showcase forest views. The bathroom on this level has a spacious shower and a double vanity.

The second bedroom on this level has a comfy queen sized bed. This bedroom also has a private balcony that is perfect for relaxing and overlooking the peaceful Smoky Mountain forests that surround the cabin.

You can access the Honeysuckle Community seasonal swimming pool, kiddie pool & private catch and release pond. Honeysuckle is located 5 minutes from the cabin on Wears Valley Rd. The cost is $5 per day.

There is a 'secret entrance' to Great Smoky Mountains National Park around 10 minutes from the cabin, known as Metcalf Bottoms, featuring the beautiful Little River, a perfect place to fish, tube down the river, picnic, and hike.

Townsend, "The Peaceful Side of the Smokies," is located less than 20 minutes away; also, another entrance to Great Smoky Mountains National Park featuring the famous Cades Cove is less than 25 miles away. Less than a half-hour drive to the major attractions of the Pigeon Forge parkway area, 13 miles to Dollywood.

We are not owned/managed by a big corporate rental agency; local owners Josh and Leslie strive to provide you with a safe, clean, and comfortable cabin for you to enjoy and make memories in for years to come!

PLEASE NOTE: A $300 security deposit will be required in the form of a credit card hold. This hold is not a charge, and will be refunded upon check out. This hold ensures no damages to the property will occur. We require this security deposit, and a signed renters agreement PRIOR to check in.

PLEASE NOTE: Guests must be at least 21 years of age to rent this property. The hot tub is for adult use only. Alcohol is not allowed near the hot tub. Do not use the hot tub if you are pregnant or have consumed alcohol. Use hot tub AT YOUR OWN RISK.

ABSOLUTELY NO PETS!

ABSOLUTELY NO open flames/fire outside of the provided charcoal grill. The fireplace is NOT operational. Please dispose of extinguished charcoal in provided metal pail. Unauthorized fires (including candles) are subject to a $100 fee plus any damages.

ABSOLUTELY NO SMOKING inside the cabin or on the decks. Please smoke outside and properly extinguish/dispose of cigarettes away from vegetation. Please listen to Smokey the Bear, "Only you can prevent forest fires!"

The cabin can accommodate a maximum of 6 guests and six guests only! Per regulations, NO additional guests are allowed! If more than six guests are present, you will be kindly asked to leave the property with NO REFUNDS!

Driveway/parking area is under recorded video surveillance.

Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 14 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 14 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
