When looking for a relaxing cabin getaway, look no further than Laurel Forest Retreat. This modern loft cabin is located in Townsend, The Peaceful Side of The Smokies, and is a part of the Laurel Valley gated community. This well-kept community is home to The Wild Laurel Golf Course, where you may enjoy the amenities including a swimming pool with mountain views, a gym, a sauna, an 18-hole golf course, and an on-site tavern.

This updated cabin in The Great Smoky Mountains sleeps up to 6 people and the most notable features are the cabin's many porches and a large wall of windows on the front of the house for a beautiful view of the surrounding forest.

About Laurel Forest Retreat

Laurel Forest Retreat comfortably sleeps four but has room for up to 6 guests. The open concept living area features a modern kitchen with natural stone countertops and a cozy living room with a stacked stone fireplace.

The second bedroom is located downstairs and features a queen-sized bed and a large flat screen smart TV. This bedroom also has its own balcony perfect for viewing wildlife. Additionally, located downstairs is a large bathroom with a jetted soaking tub and a large separate shower with plenty of natural light from the glass block walls.

As you make your way upstairs, you'll notice a reading nook overlooking the living area with beautiful views of the lush surrounding forest. Perfect for enjoying your morning coffee or evening beverages while doing some wildlife viewing! The loft has a comfy king-size bed with a smart TV and an ensuite bathroom with shower.

You will have full complimentary access to the Clubhouse, which includes the use of the swimming pool, gym, sauna, and an on-site tavern with amazing views of The Smokies. Food and beverages are available for purchase until at the tavern inside the Clubhouse. Feel free to treat yourself to a round of golf also! (Golf cart rentals and golf-related expenses will apply.)

We are not owned/managed by large rental companies. Josh, your host, is local to the area and strives to provide you and your family with a safe, clean, enjoyable place to make memories for years to come!

PLEASE NOTE: A $300 security deposit will be required in the form of a credit card hold. This hold is not a charge and will be refunded upon check out. This hold ensures no damages to the property will occur. We require this security deposit and a signed renter's agreement PRIOR to check-in.

PLEASE NOTE: All bookings canceled outside of Airbnb are subject to a 3% non-refundable processing fee.

PLEASE NOTE: Only 2 cars are recommended. Being that the house is nestled down in a hardwood forest, the driveway is rather steep, however all 2-wheel drive vehicles can climb the driveway without issue.

PLEASE NOTE: Guests must be at least 21 years of age to rent this property.

ABSOLUTELY NO open flames outside of designated areas. Please dispose of used fireplace ashes in a provided metal pail.

ABSOLUTELY NO SMOKING inside the cabin or on the porch. Please smoke away from the cabin in the driveway/parking areas. Please extinguish/dispose of cigarettes properly.

The cabin can accommodate a maximum of 6 adults. Please do not bring additional guests, or you will be asked to leave with no refunds!

Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 14 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 14 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
